These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ph2225 website, mobile interface, games, betting services, promotions, and all related features and content (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all users of the ph2225 Platform, including registered account holders and visitors.

ph2225 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be confirmed.

To access the full features of the ph2225 Platform, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.

You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly if any details change. ph2225 may require you to submit supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, or payment methods at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph2225 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. ph2225 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

ph2225 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, and PESONet. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the Platform at the time of the transaction and are subject to change.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your ph2225 account are credited upon confirmation of receipt. ph2225 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. You are responsible for any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. ph2225 reserves the right to request documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit into the account, or to a verified account in the player's own name.

• Deposits must be made from accounts or payment methods registered in your own name.

• Funds deposited in error may be reversed at ph2225's discretion.

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the ph2225 Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Creating more than one account on the ph2225 Platform.
• Using automated software, b ots, scripts, or other automated means to access or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph2225 staff or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law.
• Allowing any third party to use your account or acting as an agent for any third party.

ph2225 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be in breach of these prohibitions, to void any wagers placed in connection with prohibited conduct, and to withhold any funds pending investigation. Serious breaches may be referred to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

All content on the ph2225 Platform — including but not limited to the ph2225 name and logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of ph2225 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of ph2225.

Any unauthorised use of ph2225's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph2225 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

ph2225 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph2225 shall not be liable for any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, whether scheduled or unscheduled.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, ph2225's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall ph2225's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph2225 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
